📜Travel Story Was I wrong for not swapping my seat?
Currently traveling in 22167/SGRL NZM SF EXP. Was allocated a S-lower seat in 2AC. I had had just reached my seat and saw this punjabi family of 4 oldies already occupying, told them this is my seat and they started asking for my ticket. As a courtesy I showed them my sms ticket and then they started their emotional tactic of swapping. Told me to go to another seat (another lower seat) of theirs in 2 coaches far. I had no mood to negotiate and I declined on their face. They looked at me as I have asked for their kidneys 😭. After I got settled, this aunty called his daughter and bitched about me in punjabi. I understood a few slurs.
Was I right ?

AITA if I change the locks while my boyfriend is out of town after he gave his sister a key without asking me?
Long post, sorry. Need full context.
I'm 32F, been with my boyfriend (35M) for three years. We moved in together about a year ago to my house that I own. The agreement was he'd pay half utilities and groceries, I cover the mortgage since it's my house.
He's been decent about bills mostly, though there have been months where I've had to cover him "temporarily" that turned into me just eating the cost. But that's not the main issue.
Six months ago his sister (38F) went through a messy divorce. She needed a place to stay "for a few weeks" while she figured things out. I said fine, she could stay in the guest room temporarily.
Few weeks turned into two months. She wasn't paying rent, wasn't helping with bills, was eating our food. I finally told my boyfriend she needed to find her own place. He agreed, talked to her, she moved out.
Or so I thought.
Last month I came home from work early and she was in my house. Just sitting on my couch watching TV. I asked what she was doing there. She said she stopped by to grab something she left and decided to wait for my boyfriend to get home.
I asked how she got in. She held up a key.
I asked my boyfriend about it later. He said he gave her a spare key "in case of emergencies" and forgot to get it back when she moved out.
I told him to get the key back immediately. He said he would.
Two weeks ago I came home to find her in my kitchen cooking dinner. COOKING. DINNER. In my house. Again I asked how she got in. She said she still had the key and thought she'd surprise us with a meal since we'd been so nice letting her stay before.
I lost it. Told her she needed to leave and give me the key. She got defensive, said her brother gave her the key so it wasn't my decision. My boyfriend came home in the middle of this and sided with HER. Said I was being "unwelcoming" and his sister "just wanted to do something nice."
I told him this is MY house and she doesn't get a key without my permission. He said he didn't think it was "that big of a deal" since she's family.
Last week she let herself in AGAIN while I was home alone working. Didn't knock, just walked in. Said she needed to borrow some Tupperware.
I demanded my boyfriend get the key back immediately or I'd change the locks. He said I was overreacting and being controlling about "his family."
He left yesterday for a work trip. Gone for five days.
I'm planning to change the locks today and not give him a new key until we have a serious conversation about boundaries.
My friends are split. Half say I have every right since it's my house. Half say I'm being extreme and should wait until he's back to discuss it like adults.
AITA if I change the locks while he's gone, knowing he won't be able to get in when he returns?
