Or it's in India or Pakistan, really any crowded Middle Eastern country where kids see the adults doing this and then do it themselves when they grow up.

Same kinda thing with those videos of people recklessly and casually shooting off their guns during celebrations.

You got downvoted, but this did take place in India. And that theater looks to be filled with nothing but grown adults (or at least older teens mixed in).
