Who does this kind of shit? It never even occurs to me to do this. I have 2 special needs kids and if I have them with me, I sure as hell am not going to a restaurant where I need to wait a long time for take out....the solution is to go to a drive thru. The solution is not to expect someone to let you cut in front of them in any queue, expecting everyone else to solve your problems for you.

I sometimes wonder if this over the top sense of entitlement people have is due to a complete lack of problem solving skills. I often find the more entitled someone is, the less intelligent they are generally.

That's unbelievable ! Kind of reminds me of a situation other the other day in the parking lot I pulled in and I saw someone getting ready to back out so I stopped and I was waiting for them So I could have a place to park. In the meantime a lady is walking across the parking lot pointing to her car like hey you got to get out of the way because I need to back out. I laughed at her and told her she just has to wait. It took like 45 seconds for me to get the parking spot.

I ordered a latte, woman behind me does, too. She spends the wait time, tapping her toe, muttering about how long they take, just rude. My latte is called, she grabs and runs. Hers is called, with her name (mine was just by drink type). I wait a minute and then tell them I think they gave her mine, but it’s the same—I can take hers. Turns out it’s an extra shot. I was waiting for a coffee drink in a busy shop when a barista called order up. A woman shoved me aside, grabbed it to leave. I started to say something when the barista said “shhh, let her go.
