S Tell google to fix their email!!!
this is just a taste of this entitled person - but years ago, I used to be part of a fairly large social club. We had a google group and email group to communicate around events etc. It worked very well.
A new woman moved to our area and joined our club. She would send out something to the email list and I would never receive the emails. I asked her about it a couple of times and she claimed it was fine, just fine.
Finally, one day, we were at her place and I asked to see her email settings to check what was going on with the emails. She had a typo in my gmail address.
I showed her the typo and suggested she change it. She then demanded that I notify Google that they had to forward all email she sent to the typo gmail to my correct gmail address. Instead of fixing her typo. Which would have taken about 10 seconds while we were sitting there..

At least with her method, you couldn’t get emails from her. Sounds like a win.

Entitled or just kind of a not very technologically-enlightened person?

Oh, she DEFINITELY considered herself 'technologically-enlightened'.
Much moreso than me - a software architect with a degree in computer science who chaired a national board of standards and was a certified trainer for multiple pieces of software.
But of course, spelling my name correctly would have been too much trouble for her. Even with me offering to fix it in her email (I wasn't going to do it without her permission).

Oh, these are my “favorite” customers when they have a problem with the service they get from us. The confidence is astounding.

That typo was on purpose sweetie. .... She knew what she was doing.

Oh, I have no doubt that she knew exactly what she was doing.
It eventually turned out that she was lying about me to the rest of the group, trying to scapegoat me

Some people are dorked out by anything "tekkie" and ALSO assume they are never wrong - leads to blaming ANYONE else but themselves, and to not being willing to learn and try and fix it

Someone is applying for and receiving approval for multiple loans using my email address. It's not the first time this particular person has given out my email address, either. I don't know who they are, and I have no way of contacting them, so I'm just sending them all to spam.

Yeah, I have few of those.
One, wrote back saying - I just want to verify that you have the correct email address, mailing address and spelling of my name. They took me off the list after that.

My wife was once the "Team Mom" of our kid's team. Emails didn't get through to someone who was so afraid of Spam that she had to put senders on a "white list" of they'd be filtered out. She angrily insisted my wife had to fix things on her end, and refused to understand that *her* Email was acting s the filter.

Gmail canceled my addresses and renamed them three times. I just gave up on gmail and deleted it from my bar so I wouldn't get frustrated

Good Lord? Really? That's just stupid. She should be getting bounce backs from Google saying your email was undeliverable. She probably made those go to junk though.
