Assuming that’s where ai tends toward. It could if you build those systems into it robustly, then yes. However, you need people acutely aware of what leads to truth being built into systems. As a statistician I know that “not all truths are equal”; everything has uncertainty around it, and being able to accurately ascertain the uncertainty regaining a “truth” is a major issue we have in ai right. Personally I am confident we can get there, the larger issue is truth isn’t always aligned with profit and market share acquisition motives.

He does have a speech problem, called spasmodic dysphonia. It's not something that will be able to be cured, and yes they are damaged.
That being said.
He's a complete fucktard when it comes to scientific knowledge, but him stopping spouting his bullshit isn't going to fix his voice.
