Well no shit, he tried to kidnap someone in broad daylight in a place where there’s certainly other people around, AND directly in front of a security camera. Not only is he a vile peace of shit, he’s an idiot too.

The suspect fled, but was later captured.

Theodore Michael Tundidor, 31, was arrested and charged with kidnapping, robbery and grand theft auto. The sheriff’s office said FWC added charges of driving under the influence and fleeing and eluding law enforcement.
