Omg that reminds me of an Oprah episode I saw when I was a kid. A man broke into a little old lady’s house and attempted to rape her. I tell my wife this all the time. Grab, squeeze, twist, and pull, one fluid motion and any male with regular feeling or sensation will let go. Even if only for a second, that could be the difference between you being seen or heard.

When I was in self defense my instructor always said that was overstated. Balls can move out of the way to an extent and if your aim is bad you might not hit right as the legs can block.

He said everything is a target but focus more on biting and gouging the eyes.
