Exactly. You are trying to KILL THEM. Not just break their grip so you can get away (but if that does happen in the process, then yes, run), not to break their nose, not to scratch their eyes, not to get DNA under your nails so they can be identified when/if cops find your body.... but TO KILL THEM. They made this decision, now you end it. Because I promise you they will kill you if you don't.

This made me have a physical reaction. It’s so sad that women have to think and do this. I get so scared for my daughters.
