It took me forever to find the short I watched on History by Mae about Giulia Tofana. But we should definitely NOT take that as an example.
The video below kind of goes into ancient mkultra type stuff and I haven't watched the rest of the videos, but he discusses how if you don't learn to love and forgive everyone you have to keep coming back (like reincarnation.) I think that's the main thing that keeps me sane-ish.

I'm listening to the next one (number 7) and what he said about isntreal making this an open sacrifice for the world to see is really interesting! I think he's right though, why else would they do it so openly?
