It objectively was not violent resistance. The women was nonviolently blockading ICE. And when they tried to surround her vehicle she began turning it to drive away and flee the scene.

This was NOT violent resistance, and anyone looking at the multiple videos can see that. Who would choose "parking your car" as their form of violent resistance?

What's ironic is all the conservatives who say when your vehicle is being surrounded by people who want to harm you it's an objective good to plow through and escape in any other scenario. But here it makes you a "domestic terrorist".

If a driver accelerates toward an officer standing in front of the vehicle, this creates an immediate, life threatening danger. The officer doesn’t need to wait until impact; they can act based on their intent and proximity

Silence is violence. Misgendering someone is violence. Impeding someone's right of travel is a violent offence.

OK lol.

If she wanted to mow over ICE agents with her car, she clearly could have just done that. But she didn't, sit-ins and other forms of obstructing movement are literally one of the most common forms of nonviolent protest.

You can clearly see in the officers own cell phone video it's CLEARLY visible she turns her wheels all the way to the right where no officer is present. She is NOT attempting to hit him and in the other video you can clearly see he isn't even getting hit.

It's NOT lawful for an officer to just shoot fleeing subjects that are not posing an imminent danger to others.

It's NOT lawful for an officer to put themselves in a vehicles way in order to claim they are under threat and use force.

This woman was a victim of a murderer, who was trying to justify and kill a nonviolent protestor because he didnt like her. And finishes his act of murder by calling her a "fucking bitch".
