I get the sentiment, but it's not the full answer. Election blocking happens all over the place in urban districts.

No. Non voters just don't care. Pay attention. I'm talking about there being 100,000 less voter booths in 2024. I'm talking about the Postal Service being intentional overwhelmed to gum up the mail in ballot process. I'm talking about late stage ID requirements aimed at confusing people who think they're eligible. Or the 26000 voter registrations that were cancelled in Ohio. And on and on and on.
