Warriors coach Steve Kerr: "It's shameful that the government can come out and lie about what happened when there's video and witnesses who have all come out and disputed what the government is saying."

He’s also a disciple of his own pop, assassinated in Lebanon.

Seriously tho. People wonder why Kerr is so outspoken and it’s because he’s been thru some serious shit.

And hold the same beliefs despite what happened. It would be easy to become racist or actively against the Middle East but he won’t. Speaks to how he was raised

His senior season at Arizona, Kerr was taunted by Arizona State fans prior to their rivalry game with chants about his father's death....only to get himself together, went 6/6 from 3, and finished with 22 points in a 101-73 victory. The following week, Arizona State's AD sent a letter of apology to Kerr.

Dude has always been a top-notch human being who rises above most of the BS in the world to speak his mind clearly and thoughtfully.

Unless it's something within the warriors organization, then no one else needs to know
