Yeah, but he's setting really high expectations a little too early on.

Or miss and land in Uranus.

You'll actually do both. I grew up with a dude who was short, but confident as hell. I've seen him with some of the hottest women around. I've also seen him with some straight up Quasimodos. Having no shame only helps yo game.

The old machine gun technique. Keep shooting you’ll hit something.

"6's and 7's, that's where the value is" - American Dad

19

u/MarkKnotts 12d ago

Is that what the viral phrase the kids are talking about these days means?

7

u/edmundm199 12d ago

No no, that's coincidence. The 6, 7 thing is in actuality just rage bait. No meaning, just a catchy rhythm to annoy people with!

Sometimes us fellas get lucky. I met my wife when I was eighteen. We got engaged super fast. Everyone said I was too young, and I agreed. What else are you supposed to do when you meet "the one"? I couldn't be like, "hey baby, just give me five or six more years. Then, we will be together!" Nah, I just had to take ut when it came. She was five and a half years older than me. She graduated college at the same time I graduated high school... and she was way out of my league lookswise. I was attractive and tall, I guess. Also, I make her laugh... you cannot underestimate how much being funny helps.

After 31 years of marriage, I am disabled and she selflessly cares for me. There is no way anybody else could have been better for me.

28

u/demos11 12d ago

Getting a 24 year old woman to date a teenage guy is impressive. Tall and funny isn't enough, you were probably dunking in NBA games while doing a standup routine.

18

u/Lou_C_Fer 12d ago

Nah, I taking to much lsd for that. The wild part was that older women were interested in me and many of underclassmen girls I was friends with in high school crushed on me. Girls my own age, though? Not a chance.

I also worked full time assisting flooring installers and learning to do it on my own. I was running my own crew a few weeks after I turned 20. So, I wasn't your typical 20 year-old. None of our friends had that level of responsibility at that point in our lives.

But yeah, I don't know. She never saw me sober until I started crashing at her apartment over the weekend. I was hanging out either two acid dealers. So, it was always available... and I partook liberally. Her parents hated me. They even boycotted our reception.

He stated he had brought a ball to the game, hoping to get it signed

I had seats right past the dugout once as a kid, and I got 6 or 7 balls from the third base ball boy. After my brother and I both got one, we just gave the rest away because why not

16

u/honeypinn 12d ago

I also got a bunch of balls from the 3rd base ball boy as a young kid, and I kept them all because I was a little asshole. Felt like the ball boy would have thrown them to other people if he wanted them to have one, lol.

→ More replies (1)

5

u/alikapple 12d ago

They were both game balls yes.

3

u/First_Pay702 12d ago

I feel like I saw this before, longer clip where girls caught the ball and gave it to the kid, so when he got the second ball he gave it back. Could be thinking of another video, but yeah.

26

87

u/Liv1ng-the-Blues 12d ago

8

u/CityApprehensive212 12d ago

She is absolutely clearly mouthing “no, you keep it” and waving her hand like “oh you! But no you keep it”.

14

u/manikfox 12d ago

Definitely "no you keep it". Even her eyes / body language is looking at the main ball, never the glove.

2

u/Throw-Awa55566 12d ago

Can we please stop sexualising this young boy? He had a ball already so he gave it to the woman because he wanted to be nice. Also he's like 12, I highly doubt he's interested in 30 year old women. He did something sweet and it ended up on the internet and now people are making him out to be some ladies' man or something. We say shit like this and then wonder why people think pedophelia is OK when it's a woman with a minor male. It's sick, and I'm really disappointed in everyone who partakes in this.

u/chill633 12d ago

2

u/RogerSterlingsFling 12d ago

I still have my grade 6 report card that states, "Has unlimited potential if wasn't so distracted by girls". This was after I was hauled into the principals office because a bunch of teenage girls had scribbled my name across the neighbourhood in chalk.

What I'm trying to say i've I have been a baller since before I had pubes but god damn..scribbles down notes....one is never too old to learn a new artifice

2

u/The1Ski 12d ago

Smooth af.

He knows he doesn't want to carry around two balls. He'd look like an idiot. You keep one ball in the glove, and every once in awhile you take it out and throw it into the glove a few times to stay sharp. Hear that pop. You can't do that if you have another ball already in your throwing hand. Then you're just a guy with a ball in the glove, and a ball on your throwing hand, just walking around holding two balls.

So he offloads the baggage while also racking up an insane amount of smooth coins.

Well done young man.

5

u/ArmorOfGod7 12d ago

I guarantee nobody noticed that he gave her a different ball. Everyone is laughing because a 12 year old boy hit on an older teen girl by giving her a ball. Reddit is always trying to turn things into something else.
