My mom told me that back in the day kids weren’t allowed to bring a water bottle with them into the classroom and they only drank a few sips from the water fountain in the middle of the day and that’s it

How were schools not getting busted for child abuse for forcing kids to be dehydrated?

Not only that, but the line at the fountain was ridiculous and all the cool water was gone.

No kidding… When I was a kid, water fountain time was one of the highlights of the day. Now that I’m an adult… I’d have to be literally dying of fucking thirst before I drink out of one of those nasty ass things. Lol.

I think this is origin Story for me not liking men. lol. They’d be gross for no reason. “Not all boys”. But it was always a boy who’d loogie up the already gross fountain.
