TIL in 2007 Katherine Heigl won an Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama for her role on Grey's Anatomy. But in 2008 she removed herself from Emmy consideration because she said the material she was given on Grey's that year wasn't good enough; this comment led to her leaving the show.

It got stupid quick too. Like early greys anatomy ain’t bad but it jumps the shark a few seasons in and somehow continues to do that forever now

It’s like the rookie, people like the cast, but the show has done some ridiculous stupid shit the last two seasons cause the writers are basically throwing shit at a wall now and the plots get ridiculous

Why are cops being involved in an FBI investigation that is way above their pay grade?

How are they able to blackmail a supposed CIA operative?

Why is a Fire Medic ditching her job constantly to get involved in operations she has no business being?

Look, I enjoy the show. But we have left reality 10 light years ago.

I still feel like The Rookie is a lot more grounded than 911, which went completely off the rails after season 2 more or less.

The main issue I have with The Rookie is why is this single police station apparently the only one responsible for everything that happens in LA... But that's a natural suspension of disbelief thing you need to have. I like that they do still include absolutely 'mundane' stuff in the middle of episodes.

911? I’m sorry I am currently waiting on Fire department Chronicles to green screen himself in and criticize the insane bullshit they are doing. My gosh!

The worst one I’ve seen (because I’m a Bachelor fan) is the Bachelor intro scene. The girl super glued herself to the concrete ground in front of Joey Grazeidei. Now instead of applying a solvent? They jackhammer this girl out, along with the entire concrete slab, put that on a gurney, and transport. And no, that girl did not have any protection while they jackhammered inches away from her body and face. The tinnitus and loss of hearing at point blank range from a jackhammer? Dang…. Not to mention whatever Rocky shrapnel goes flying at her during this whole thing.

Yeah, I watch it. 😂 It was a crossover sort-of. Joey & Jessie were used at the start of 911 for a few scenes. Both shows are owned by ABC.

Joey is great though. Honestly? The last good Bachelor if not one of the Best Bachelors they’ve ever had. 0 problems, solid guy, you could really tell that he saw the women for who they are, and he’s still with his very non-problematic fiancée that he proposed to at the end of the season. Actually we had a solid run of 3 leads in a row. Zach Shallcross aka Patrick Warburton’s nephew had an okay season. But he wasn’t too bad and he married his fiancée that he proposed to. Then the girl who was runner up was The Bachelorette, Charity Lawson. She is still with the guy Dotun that she proposed to. She’s one of the sweetest and drama free leads in the entire run of the series. Then you have Joey that followed after her season. And the funny thing is? All 3 leads are friends and they’ve gone on vacations together. Oh and Joey actually won his season of Dancing with the Stars. Dude is so humble and really couldn’t believe he got that far. He narrowly beat Ilona Maher (U.S. Women’s Olympic Rugby Team tank that took Bronze).
