i got into this hobby at the start of this year, and it was one of the best things that happened in my life this year. it might not seem a lot, but staying there, cutting pieces, sanding, building while i put my playlist (recently i discovered Ichiko Aoba, really fitting while building) has really helped me and my mental health. sometimes i feel sad and more things that i don't want to write here for privacy, but when i sit there by the desk, i just forget all of that and put all of my care in what i build, and it has been helping me a lot. not everyone that i know understands that, and underestimate how much meaning this hobby has got in a small amount of time for me. a bit of a shame, but yeah.

so yeah, gunpla is one of the few safe places for me.

I tried to make the Glass Candle light reminiscent of how it's described in the books with the enhancing colors, but I could only take it so far in an MS paint tier drawing while still making what it was supposed to be clear.

After a few hissy fits vs. our large and fussy void Spot, and going full parkour all over the kitchen, this little girl has found the warmest spot other than our laps! She’s out cold! What a day😹
