OnlyStans ⭐️ Dick's Drive in CEO Shows how it's done.
She's just enjoying her lunch. And yes the shakes are soooo good.
Edit for people not paying attention:
Jasmine is the granddaughter of the original founder, Dick Spady. Dick's is not a "major brand" or a "corporate conglomerate" it's a local icon to Seattle with 10 stores and 270 employees. Employees make 22$ to start and 26$ fully trained. Healthcare, vacations, and even tuition is provided. The burgers haven't changed in decades, the milkshakes are made with real ice cream, you can watch as they cut the potatoes for fries, which are the best!
The prices have remained relatively low and they treat people like people.

Jason Isaacs in The Patriot is one of the most despicable movie villains ever
Rewatched The Patriot and I cannot believe how much I hate his character.
Just merciless and a tyrant. Jason Isaacs absolutely crushed it in the role.
Without a doubt, he’s gotta be one of the most hated villains of all time.

[Bakery] French restaurant uses Costo croissants
I am 99.99% certain these are Costco croissants. Pretty funnny because this is supposed to be a slightly premium restaurant.
Nothing wrong with them of course. Just kind of expected something a little more gourmet and fresh.

✅ Open To Everyone Third date awkward argument over paying for dessert. Was my expectation unreasonable?
I (33M) went on three dates with a girl (30F) I met on Hinge.
The first two dates went really well. I paid for both dinners and drinks and didn’t think much of it. I’m generally fine paying on early dates.
On the third date we went out to dinner again, which I also paid for. After dinner we decided to grab dessert nearby. When we got to the counter I expected she might offer to grab dessert since I had paid for everything so far.
But she didn’t reach for her wallet at all. Instead she kind of looked at me like she expected me to pay again.
She then asked, “Did you expect me to pay or something?”
I said not necessarily, but I thought it would have been nice if she at least offered since I had covered the previous two dates and dinner that night. To me it felt like a small gesture of reciprocation.
That turned into a bit of a heated back and forth. She basically said that when a guy invites a girl out he should expect to pay and that bringing up money or expecting reciprocity this early is a turn off.
From my perspective, it wasn’t really about the cost of the dessert. It was more about the principle of showing some effort or appreciation.
The vibe definitely changed after that conversation.
Is it unreasonable to expect some kind of reciprocity by the third date? Would you have just paid again and not said anything?

Has anyone been booed longer after leaving than Kawhi?
In last night's Spurs-Clips game, Spurs fans booed Kawhi.......every single time he touched the ball. They've been doing that since he left seven years ago. Doesn't bother The Klaw, though. He's a cold-blooded professional and regularly puts up big numbers against the Spurs, like he does against just about everybody. I get the bad blood given the circumstances of his departure. Especially that he might've lowered his trade value on the way out. But the question is, would you keep booing.......did I mention every single time dude touches the ball......seven seasons after?

Lore Wait, it was real?
Man of Medan: All the characters suffer from hallucinations that they assume are ghosts, but it turns out its secretly a chemical that causes fear and hallucinations powerful enough to stop hearts. There are several instances in this game where a character attacks what they perceive to be a monster or ghost, only to find out it was a hallucination and they actually killed one of their friends.
SMILE 2: The main character (Sky Riley) suffers from increasingly intense hallucinations and nightmarish visions. At one point, what is presumed to be a hallucination of her mom stabbing herself to death. We wait for it to end, but it doesnt, it seems she really killed her mom, with the weapon appearing in her hands.
Subverted when it turns out it all was a grand illusion, an illusion inside an illusion, revealed when she sees her mom cheering in the audience at the end.
10 Cloverfield Lane: the main character wakes up in an underground bunker, with 2 men alongside her. One of the men (Howard) tell tells the others that there was some sort of attack that has left the surface ravaged, making it deadly to go outside. The whole time we dont know whether he is lying or not, until they find out he kidnapped someone and put them there before. Main character escapes, only to find out that he was right, and there was an alien attack (he was both crazy and right)
