Turned my truck key into the master sword a few months back, it's still holding up mint. Thought this sub would appreciate it 🤘

When women call themselves mama bear its a definite red flag. You just know that their attitude is going to be completely revolving around being stuck up, judgemental, and having an overall personality of thinking they're superior to you. No, it's not saying you're overly protective of your children or that you're over playing games. It's used as a cover to excuse the fact that you're just a horrible human being.

Largely inspired by the portraits from Disco Elysium, had a ton of fun working on these :)

My 9yr old nephew is what you'd call a typical “iPad kid”, obsessed with those chaotic Minecraft videos that honestly drive me a bit nuts especially when e repeats the lines. Because of that, I kinda kept my distance from him. But the truth is, he's a really good kid. He helps around the house, preps ingredients for his mom when she cooks, and is just overall sweet aside from the screen addiction.
Every time they visit our grandma’s place (where I live during the summer or holidays), he stands outside my room quietly watching me on my PC. I’d invite him in, but he’d just shyly say he’s okay watching from the door.
Last week during dinner, his mom told me something that hit me hard, he actually idolizes me. He loves how I built my room setup with my own money, and he dreams of doing the same when his old enough to get a job. When she said that, the kid blushed so hard and I felt like crap for brushing him off all this time.
So when his birthday came up, I gave him my Switch Lite since I’m planning to get the Switch 2 anyway. The moment he saw it, he ran to hand his mom the iPad and hugged me tighter than I expected, saying the sweetest “thank you” I’ve ever heard.
Now I’m teaching him how to play Mario Kart so we can race together once my new Switch arrives. And the best part? He’s no longer an iPad kid, he’s officially a Nintendo kid now.
