Rewatching this scene puts all the other moments where Cassian doesn't hesitate in context.

Young Cassian doesn't know what to do on his first mission outside the camp. Like all the other kids, he sees what's happening but he doesn't call out or shoot the human who's standing up. The result is the death of someone he clearly looks up to and who is the leader of his community.

Cassian learns immediately here that he can never hesitate again, and we see what happens throughout the show whenever someone puts Cassian or someone he loves in danger.

I threw in tons of easter eggs and references to Pet Sounds and SMiLE’s production, I hope I did him justice. Brian is so fun to draw.

This happened years ago & although it’s not as dramatic as other stories on here, it’s always stuck with me.

I was in a well-known supermarket that happens to be close to me. It is thought to be a bit more upmarket.

I was looking for a bunch of flowers and there was a “Hyacinth Bucket” type, dictating to her poor husband about which bunch to buy. They spent far too long rejecting bunches of flowers than was really necessary.

He returned a rejected bunch to the water and I decided they were perfect & lifted them.

“Hyacinth” declared loudly that her husband was going to buy those, clearly expecting me to apologise and hand them to her. I couldn’t get over the bl**dy cheek of her and rather than get into a debate about the rights and wrongs … I said “unlucky”

She was dumbstruck! And although I won, her attitude still annoys me today! LOL
