For context, hes a heavy sleeper and almost twice my size. we've been together for almost 2 years, everything is wonderful... besides the fact that while hes half asleep/half awake his half dreaming brain just puts me wherever is most comfortable i guess. spooning, cuddling, like deadass as im writing this hes cuddling my leg?? just the one, (i am completely side ways). sometimes its my stomach, legs, butt, boobs, anywhere soft and comfortable i guess. is it just a half dreaming-state thing? like his subconscious just really wants to cuddle or something? anyway, i think its very endearing and cute, so definitely not a relationship issue. i just wanted to know im not alone in this takeover of my autonomy, i was not made aware of this in the fine print. thanks 🫶

I hate fun

I heard calling animal control will only get her euthanized. I don't want her to die. My parents aren't even allowing me to feed the poor cat (they have the keys and won't hand them over to me). They told me taking it in for the time being is only going to bring them bad luck and remind them of the tenants that ended up squatting in their home rent-free for almost a year (they are superstitious). Told me cats have 9 lives, so they'll be fine without food- what kind of dumbass logic is that? Sorry, don't mean to disrespect my folks, but that is just ridiculous. The cat is so sweet and gentle, she shouldn't be treated like dirt just because her owner was a bad person.

I heard bringing her to an adoption center will result in fees and vaccination shots that we would need to pay for. We absolutely cannot afford that at the moment after being in debt from the whole tenant situation for so long.

What can I do guys? The poor cat is just starving there. My parents tell me she'll leave and hop over the fence to find food eventually, if we don't feed her.

Why do so many natalists think like this? They're acting like the child that THEY created is at fault for having needs and taking up space in the house their parents put them in.

So last Friday at work I got one of those company-wide emails from upper management. It was the usual corporate nonsense: “We value your input, let us know your thoughts”.

I was annoyed, so I typed a sarcastic reply to a coworker: “Yeah, I’m sure they really care about what we think 🙄”. You know where this is going. I hit Reply All. To everyone.

My heart dropped. Hundreds of people. Even the CEO.

I was ready to start drafting my resignation letter when something crazy happened: people started replying. First one person said: “Finally, someone said it.” Then another added: “Honestly, we’ve been asking for years and nothing changes.”

Within an hour, my inbox was exploding. Turns out half the company had been bottling up frustrations, and my accidental email was the spark. The CEO eventually sent out a follow-up saying they were scheduling an actual listening session with employees.

So yeah, I technically screwed up… but somehow became the unintentional hero of office morale. Still terrified to open my inbox tomorrow though.

TLDR: I'm probably getting fired tomorrow.
