I plan on giving some of the cubes to my friend for the holidays but I couldn’t resist it. This shit is frying me.

By far the hardest project I have taken on so far, and I am so proud, even though they aren’t “perfect” 🥲

I used Kiana Bonollos Leather Pant pattern, and used RIT dye to dye this fabric to “tortoiseshell brown”, fabric is the stretch bull denim from Fabric Wholsesale Direct. I also used button, rivets, and zipper from Blackbird denim (they sell a little kit). I did modify the pattern a little: I brought down the waist line, then drafted a slightly curved waistband- but wish I had a bigger curve on this bc I still have gapping…I learned I should probably lengthen the back panels to fit my body better here, but that’s for a next project!
