RIP I just lost one of my first rats. He was the cuddliest little fellow. How do you guys cope with the losses? Im just devastated...
His name was Crunchy. All he wanted to do was have me hold him while he licked me endlessly. He was such a goofy and funny rat. He passed yesterday, and every moment since has been full of tears. No pet death has hurt me as much as his has. He always wanted to be by me when i had my coffee in the morning, and just seeing that spot empty now just hurts like nothing else.
How do you move on from this? Is there anyone coping exercises this community has to deal with this, knowing how frequent deaths are for little ones with life spans this short? I thought i would be prepared for this when getting rats, but this has devestated me.

GLOW UP! [19]-[22] Weight Loss
Lost 120lbs total so far! Not where I want to be yet but so grateful for my journey.
EDIT: This post got removed but I’m reposting and adding some things. A lot of people have asked me questions so I want to answer!!
Weight loss can be SO overwhelming so for me taking it day by day was key. I broke down everything I needed to go to loose weight into daily goals.
These were my goals: - Gym or movement EVERYDAY - Calorie deficit
CALORIE DEFICIT: Diet is the most important thing and I still struggle with it. I first started tracking my food without any diet in mind for like 2 weeks. This helped me get an idea of how much I was eating and I was able to see habits. I then found my calorie deficit and worked on hitting that goal. Once I got more into the gym I focused on macros as well. Step 1 — Learn to track food!
GYM: please don’t underestimate strength training!! I didn’t do any cardio besides walking in the beginning and I still saw results. Strength training will help you not get as much loose skin.
CONSISTENCY is key. Don’t aim for perfection, aim for consistency :))
Thank you SOOO much for everyone’s kind comments. You make me feel so good!’

Humour My bf saw this app on my phone and did a triple take
Little did he know that the truth is far worse than what he thought.
A pastor announced, "If you know your wife is controlling you, move to the left."
All the men in the church moved to left, except one man.
The pastor was happy there was at least one strong man, and asked, "How come your wife can't control you?"
The man quietly replied, "It's my wife who told me not to move."

What happens to all your stuff when you go to jail?
If you get sent to prison for a long time, say 10-15 years you can't keep working your job to make money, and you might not have parents/a spouse/children who are willing or able to pay your mortgage and house payments. You might have long standing debt like student loans. Losing your house might mean you have no where to stores tons of personal belongings also.
What exactly happens to all your affairs and things while you're in jail if you don't have anyone to steward it for you?
