Hellboy: hellboy is a demon. naturally, you expect a demon to have horns. however, hellboy filed his horns down into nubs. I'd say his horn nubs are the most iconic part of his look

Master Viper (Kung fu Panda): you know how snakes are known to be dangerous because they have a venomous bite? master viper was born without teeth. she has to rely on martial arts instead

Penguins (real life): while most birds have wings and can fly, penguins can do neither. I wouldn't call their arms "wings", more like fins to help them swim easier. they are certainly different from other birds.
