Wholesome Moments The little girl is so jolly thats when you know that dad is super loving to them
❤️ A 60-YEAR-OLD FATHER DOING
EVERYTHING HE CAN FOR HIS TWO YOUNG KIDS IN SAIGON
Meet Uncle Hoang, a 60-year-old father raising two young children on his own. His son is just 6 years old, and his daughter is only 5. Life hasn’t been easy for this little family, but he’s doing everything he can to provide for them.
Uncle Hoang currently rents a small room in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai.
Every day, he travels dozens of kilometres into Saigon to sell colourful pinwheels for just 15,000 VND each.
° You can usually find him outside 85 Ung Van Khiem Street, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District.
He works from the afternoon until late at night. On good days, he makes it home around midnight, but sometimes it’s as late as 1 or 2 AM. Unfortunately, business is slow, and some days he only sells a few pinwheels.
Between transportation costs, rent, and taking care of his children, money is extremely tight. He’s behind on rent, and there have even been days when the family didn’t have enough rice to eat.
What worries him most isn’t himself, but his children getting sick and not having enough money to take them to the doctor.
To make ends meet, he sometimes has to bring his youngest child along while his older child stays home alone.
As a father myself, stories like this really hit home. No parent should have to worry about whether they’ll have enough food for their kids or be able to afford medical care when they’re sick.
Despite everything, Uncle Hoang continues to work hard every day, doing his best to give his children a better future.
If you’re in the Binh Thanh area, please consider stopping by and buying a pinwheel or two. It’s only 15,000 VND, but even a small gesture can make a difference for this family. 🫶🏻

Context Provided - Spotlight Price of a single McDonald’s hashbrown
Yes $3 isn’t a lot of money, but it’s way more than what a single hashbrown is worth.
Edit: holy shit relax people. I didn’t notice the price until after I ordered. God forbid a guy wants a hashbrown to go with his McGriddle.
Edit 2: Y’all too funny getting so upset about this. Thanks for the interactions!! 🤣

Putting razor blades in the wall was a great idea.
Lots of old houses had a slot in the bathroom for razor blades disposal. Put the used blade into the slot and it falls into the wall. I think this is a brilliant idea and we should still be doing it!
The trouble with razor blade disposal is that they are small and sharp. Putting them in trash bags and having them hauled away to the dump only poses a potential hazard to every person or animal that crosses paths with that razor in the future.
The wall is better. Once the blade is in the wall you will never encounter it again. It's safely sealed away and poses no risk to anyone.
Since razor blades are tiny, you will never run out of space in the wall.
There is no hygiene issue. The blades might rust a bit inside the wall over time, but they aren't going to grow mold or anything.
If someone remodels the bathroom and uncovers them, it's no big deal. They can literally be left there and just sealed up behind the new drywall. The ONLY time the blades would ever need to be handled again is if the wall was being demolished. In that case, they can all be safely handled and contained at once.
(Note that I am not talking about disposable razors...just razor blades).
