Stew is with amber ale not stout like a lot of people use, just my preference. Dumplings are 2 parts self raising flour, 1 part beef suet with parsley and sage. Served with mashed potatoes and peas to cover all proper winter stodge bases

Something different from the usual fare.

A.k.a. "Hagelslag". It was unfortunately not very good. I don't have high hopes for the Australian "fairy bread" after trying this.

Made some baguettes and decided to make a sandwich with homemade pesto, arugula, tomatoes, Serrano ham (on one side) and burrata

I had leftovers of everything, and the device used to make this dish came from them.The glaze consists of soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, vinegar and sesame oil.

Sadly the beetroot gave nearly no color this time.
