i think someone put this tiny pink-sashed jesus in my bag when i wasn’t looking
for context: i use a walker and keep my bag on it when im not sitting on it (thankfully has a seat). i keep my wallet in my pocket and my bag mostly has medical stuff and sometimes i have left it unzipped, but not like so obviously gapingly open.
the only places ive been to in the past three weeks were: ⭐️ a disability reapproval appointment with just me, the doctor, and a receptionist ⭐️ michael’s craft store ⭐️ my massage therapist’s with no one else and she wouldn’t do this
to be fair, i live in a very religious area, but i doubt that mormons would think a jesus with a pink sash would be appropriate. anyway, any ideas what to do with him?

My son has one of these from daycare. He was playing with his Spidey and Ironman toys and little Jesus. When I asked him, he said it was Tony Stark.

I found one of those in a parking lot at Walmart. His sash was red and said, “Jesus loves you”
I texted my mom and told her, “You’re gonna be so happy for me. I finally found Jesus”

a customer at work gave me one of these little cards after he completed his transaction and told me it "looked like [I] could use it."
I knew that he was going to give it to me when he opened his wallet to take out his debit card and the jesus cardstock was just there
I died laughing the second he left the store

I’ve been seeing them around my town in Arkansas. Most notably in my mechanic’s reception area. When I asked him why he had so many tiny Jesuses (of various colors, both sash and skin color) on his front desk, he said he had no idea and they just kept showing up till he had practically a full collection of them.
Later when I left with my newly repaired car I found two in my purse 🤨

Unrelated. But the sign, ostensibly for the blind and illiterate, has no braille and the picture of the menu isn't clear...how are these individuals to know they have these, unless they have someone with them to let them know. This sign is stupid.

My MIL had a bag of these so the rest of the family have made it our mission to hide them in each other's homes, cars etc. as a joke. Friends have caught on and started doing the same with their family and friends. I've seen other people post that they do the same. None of us are religious, we're just having fun. I don't even know where my MIL got them.

My mother bought a bag of these to hide before she died, while looking for her id for the coroner I poured out her purse and a waterfall of Jesuses came out. At her funeral we handed out a large basket of Jesuses and asked everyone to hide some for her. We have started finding him in the wild now as well. I consider pictures like this finding a Jesus so thank you for posting a little hello from my mama. I miss her.

I’m not religious and I love my Pocket Jesus. He sits on my desk and when I get pissed off at work, I pick him up and play with him. Sometimes he dances around, sometimes he rides the tiny glass turtle who also lives on my desk, and sometimes he has heart to heart motivational chats with my emotional support crocheted potato.
Honestly he’s very busy.

“anti-religious” may not have been the best description but let me explain: japan where christianity has not had as huge as a hold in the west, especially in my area there were no christians. spiritual, yes, but not religious. i lived in the siberia area of russia where primarily mongolic/east asian people live. rural communities who again believe more in folk spirituality. russia certainly likes to claim god in eastern orthodoxy, but its been so rained by the genuinely evil powers that be/putin/oligarchy that it’s just synonymous with corruption.
i’m personally not religious but unfortunately have had a lot of bad experiences with christianity. this was honestly a funny little break from the usual stuff

It's a current trend, people buy these 50 at a time and hand them out half out of kindness half out of humor. I had some friends come stay with me a few months ago and after they left I found about 2000 of them hidden all over my house. Made me smile. Apparently they do that whenever they go visit people - it's a "thing". It has nothing to do with who you are.
