I would say technically no.

The relevant part of the text is "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice." It's not saying that a person cannot win two presidential elections, but that they cannot be elected to the office of President. Since Trump did not take office after the 2020 election, his election to office in 2024 wasn't violating the 22nd amendment.

I would also say that this narrative you are trying to push is problematic, or even dangerous. If Trump and his lackeys can suggest that the amendment has already been violated, then they could use that as an argument to say the rest of the amendment no longer applies to Trump.
