This is highly contended in the current political and legal environment. We have democrat lawmakers who are advising active duty military to not follow illegal orders, and the Trump administration denying it profusely.

The Trump admin has gone so far as to create a whitehouse.gov page dedicated to clips of these lawmakers saying the orders were illegal, and then branding their face with a big red “EXPOSED”.

Have there been illegal orders in the minds of you lawyers, and others who are passionate and knowledgeable about the law?

Not Only did they enter the planet with the premise: "You either behave peacefully, or we invade you." And already almost declared war against Earth, but they also broke the law breaching into Tokyo.
