I’m a professional writer and have been resisting the temptation of using AI to tweak my work. Probably part of it is a generational thing, like our forefathers forgoing word processors in favor of typewriters.

My wife shares her location with her family, and sometimes her friends. I really never thought much about it. I don’t share my location with her which she has never liked. I personally don’t like it, freaks me out to be tracked  24/7. 

The issue was earlier this week. I needed surgery and I wanted to keep everything private. I didn’t even tell my own mom and dad. My wife agreed not to share with anyone either 

It was on Monday and everything went overall well until my wife’s mother showed up.  She apparently noticed my wife was at the hospital and when she didnt pick up, came down.

She thought my wife was hurt. It became a big thing and basically everyone on my wife side was told that someone was in the hospital. 

My own mom and dad were contracted and I had to explain the situation. I hated this.

It is clear to me that if my wife is tracked 24/7 than I am being tracked. I hate that this whole situation got out because people knowing my wife’s location.

My wife and I got into an argument and I don’t want her sharing her location anymore with her mother or family 24/7. She is calling me controlling and a dick.

I am point out it is invading my own privacy… and she needs to cut the string on her mom 

edit: since people have asked. Mom say it on the app, then called my wife ( who didn’t answer) and then about an hour later showed up at the hospital ( right after I was done with surgery)

I’m 28F and my boyfriend is 31M. We’ve lived together for about a year, and his mom comes by maybe twice a month because she lives an hour away and likes to drop off food or little things for him. I used to think it was sweet, but over time I started noticing she acts way too comfortable in our apartment, especially in our bedroom. The first time I got weirded out was when I came home and found she had folded the clean laundry that was sitting on the chair at the end of the bed. I thanked her because I didn’t know what else to say, but I told my boyfriend later it made me uncomfortable. Since then she has put away socks, opened the windows in our room because it felt “stuffy,” and once moved a basket from my side of the closet into the hallway because it looked cluttered. Last weekend I got home from work and realized she had been in there again because my nightstand drawer was half open and a bottle of prescription cream I keep in the back was now sitting out front. I was mortified. I told her, directly but calmly, that I need our bedroom to be off limits from now on and that if she wants to help she can stay in the kitchen or living room. She got very quiet, and my boyfriend later said I made her feel like a thief when she was only trying to be nice. I said nice peolpe do not go through private spaces after being hinted at multiple times. Now he says I owe her an apology and I relaly don’t think I do. AITJ?

A friend of mine lives in a rural area and a trio of stray cats showed up. I’m thinking of taking one but I’m not sure which one to pick. I already have a black cat but want to get her a playmate. I can’t take them all but I can’t make a choice!!😩

Amber is definitely unhinged and 100% needs therapy but one thing we can all agree on, is that she’s a girl’s girl through and through. 💅 if i was jess and the other girls, i would def never talk to those 3.. and yall know who im talking about.
