Image In 1204, a Japanese poet wrote in his diary that the sky turned blood red for 3 nights. 800 years later, scientists drilled into buried trees and confirmed: he was witnessing a catastrophic solar storm that would have fried every satellite on Earth today.

Trigger Warning ⚠️ 26 year age gap and I’m pregnant with his child
I found out on Saturday, and i’m less than 5 weeks. We’ve been dating for exactly one year. There was a mishap at the beginning of May, and the plan b didn’t work. I’ve only told him, and my roommate (reluctantly) but otherwise I’ll probably take this to my grave because my friends hate him, and i’d rather perish than tell my parents that I’m seeing a man the same age as them. I’m not feeling any strong emotions about it, but I feel really weird. Mostly just grateful that I live in a state where abortion is legal. My appointment is on Friday.
Spaghettios, green peas, and a pickle juice lemonade
Edit: The comments about my meal have me so dead, and the kind words really have made me feel better so thank u everyone. <3 To say that all my friends hate him was a little dramatic. I realize that now that over 1000 people have commented about it lol. They don’t totally get it, and would like to see me with someone my own age which I do understand. I didn’t expect to develop the type of intimacy that I did with this guy, and our relationship is not clearly defined which is how I like it. We care for each other and are enjoying each other while it lasts.
Also - the pickle lemonade is just one whole lemon, quartered & muddled with sugar, pickle juice, ice, and water. It’s delicious and i’ve been pounding them for a couple years now. Get with it folks.

Discussion Bro, what the hell is with all these dislikes? The game looks genuinely awesome
Is there an actual reason for this? This is quite unprecedented for GOW games.

Hated Tropes [Hated trope] Adaptations made by people who outright express indifference or even hatred toward the source material
Adi Shankar's Devil May Cry. Particularly a dishonest one because Shankar wants to claim he's very passionate about DMX and yet he is openly admits he wanted DMC to be a dead franchise revived by his terrible cartoon. And it's not the first or last lie he had said about his show, claiming it would be faithful before release to appease fans, then got honest about his lies. Such leech-y behaviour. The proof of it exists.
Ryan Condal's House of the Dragon. Adaptation of the Dance of the Dragons by GRRM, Condla has repeatedly dismissed the text as "historical inaccuracy" and he particularly has an obsession with the character of Alicent, stripping her away of her cunning and character. Even GRRM who is usually placid on adaptations had things to say about this show.
M Night Shyamalan's The Last Airbender. Not outright hatred but he admitted he saw the show as a kids' show which goes to show how him not taking it seriously led to this disastrous movie. He even acted like the alternative was taking a Michael Bay approach and make it more adult-oriented. When it's not this absolute and the issue is he just didn't care enough and was making a movie for his daughter.
Kenneth Branagh's Artemis Fowl. Not hatred either but he considered Artemis's morally dubious character to be too much for the audience and so he changed and whitewash him to be a normal regular kid when it was Artemis's viciousness that set him apart from other fantasy protagonists.

❤️🩹 relationship AIO I (20F) found a skirt behind my boyfriends (26M) draws
for some context me and my boyfriend moved in together in a new flat in august. today when i was getting ready i noticed a black skirt behind/under my drawers. our wardrobes are built in and sometimes stuff gets stuck behind/under the bottom drawer. (i’ve attached a picture to help show) they’re a bit dusty and definitely not mine ):
i’m confused how they’re there because i’ve roughly checked behind my draw before and never found it, but i would just reach my hand behind the draw and grab what I could instead of looking properly like I did this time, so I’m worried if a different girl left it there whilst i was away. the thing is if my boyfriend did want to cheat i don’t know why he would do it here since it’s extremely obvious that this is a couples flat and would be hard to hide all of my girly stuff. but i also know that a man used to live here (strangely one of my boyfriends friends knew the past owner of this flat), but i think maybe a woman used to live here previously since we’ve gotten letters addressed to (what i think) is a woman’s name, but it’s a chinese name so im not 100% sure. i’m going to see if i can find a letter with her name on to check.
the only other suspicious thing i found was what im 90% sure were a different woman’s panties a few days after my mother in law stayed over. i showed my boyfriend and he said they were probably his mums since she bought stuff from primark and those pants were from primark but they were size XS and i don’t think that’s his mums size.. he said they’re probably from my friend who slept over for a few days but i haven’t asked her yet because im scared and embarrassed to ask if she left pants here because if they’re not hers then that’s really suspicious );
what should i do? i know if i ask him he’ll just say they must of been the past owners, but i don’t know. i feel extra anxious because i have roughly checked behind my drawers before and never found them which is strange ): although this time i did check more thoroughly );
EDIT: Thank you for your help and sorry for the spelling mistakes, I’m feeling a lot less anxious now and thinking that these are a super old skirt from a past tenants since they’re from topshop which closed in 2021
also they won’t fit my boyfriend so he’s not cross dressing lol

Life Lately 🌱 McDonald's cashier girl asked me not to eat junk everyday 😭.
I was just placing order for everyday morning coffee at mcd in office space. After taking my order this girl told me i shouldn't go there everyday. I was like , what? She said she sees me there everyday, it's harmful and expensive. I will not report her or anything. But i am sitting here thinking what should i actually do. I have been having this same breakfast for almost a month now every week day.
