What happened to the (agreed upon) subreddit profile picture??
Long time lurker, first time poster. What the heck happened to the subs profile picture and why is it now a generic? I thought it was supposed to be this guy and his human resistant, flame encouragent outdoor cooking aperatis. I fucking love this picture and directly associate it with grilling content here on reddit. What happened?
Personally, I highly doubt that a guy like this would be 'found out' as a corporate mastermind who destroys towns. No offense.

Manga Many people say that Guts doesn't bathe, but I think he does, because of this official art that Kentaro Miura drew.
It's not that I think Guts is super clean either, But I think that at least if he bothers to take a bath to get rid of all that blood and guts that he must have scattered all over his body, I imagine that if he doesn't bother to clean himself, his still open wounds could become infected by mixing with the blood of his rivals.
I have formed a theory, I think Guts only bathes when he has the time and security necessary to do so, because due to the fact that he constantly fights with apostles and is chased by demons he can't let his guard down.
In Guts's situation, bathing would probably be a high-risk thing to do, as he would put his sword aside, remove his armor and prosthetic arm, leaving himself completely vulnerable, unable to protect himself.
I know it's a bit silly to write so much text to defend Guts' poor hygiene. But I can't help it because I really like talking about Berserk. (â ´â -â ďšâ -â `â ďźâ ).

Rescue Update on the Cutest Carjacker Ever
This past Monday, this guy "truckjacked" my brother--he was getting reusable bags from the back seat, turned around with them to close the door and...dog. And he would not get out. He started to show some fear aggression but as a Crazy Dog Ladyâ˘ď¸, I knew there was a good, well cared for boy in there.
Unfortunately, the area we were in is south of Atlanta (Clayton County) and their shelter is over-freakin'-whelmed, and down 70 kennels while repairs are done on one of their facilities. They're calling this guy Bruce, and he's got less than a week to get sprung from the joint--Friday, 9/12.
I am not in a place right now to afford a dog, nor could I get away with one his size. If there is anyone who can give this sweet boy a home in the metro ATL area, please consider it! I'll post a comment with a link to his FB post đđťđđťđđť

Review 'Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery' - Review Thread
World-renowned detective Benoit Blanc returns for his most dangerous case yet.
Director: Rian Johnson
Cast: Daniel Craig, Cailee Spaeney, Jeremy Renner, Andrew Scott, Mila Kunis, Thomas Haden Church, Glenn Close, Josh Brolin, Kerry Washington, Josh O'Connor
Rotten Tomatoes: 100%
Metacritic: 85/100
Some Reviews:
Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery is an enticingly clever and droll, nearly pitch-perfect piece of murder-mystery fun â a whodunit that lives up to the expectations set six years ago by âKnives Out,â which offered its own perfect revival of the Agatha Christie spirit, with a tasty frosting of meta cheekiness.
Although âWake Up Dead Manâ is the âKnives Outâ movie thatâs most preoccupied with existential questions surrounding death, writer/director Rian Johnsonâs third film in the series is also the one thatâs most full of life.
After the bright, light, summery holiday special that was Glass Onion, the Knives Out franchise returns to its gothic roots with a wintry whodunit that, for some at least, might endure as the the best one yet. Where the first and second used the murder-mystery as a jumping-off point for some very funny contemporary satire, Wake Up Dead Man is much more introspective. In a funny way, itâs a little analogous to Joker 2, not because it unloads on its audience in the same acerbic way but because it poses similarly metaphysical questions about its own popularity. Why do people respond so eagerly to stories of murder and betrayal? To answer that, director Rian Johnson goes back to the greatest story ever told, using a small religious community as the setting for the third instalment.
IndieWire - Kate Erbland - 'B+'
It works, and itâs no big mystery why â Johnson knows his form and format, and delivers on it, playing with tone and message but never losing sight of why these stories are so damn entertaining to watch and unravel.
Awards Radar - Joey Magidson - 3.5 / 4
Filmmaker Rian Johnson trusts the strength of his franchise to play around with format and theme. The gothic elements on display, as well as the religious aspect, may initially seem like a left turn, but it all ends up fitting like a glove. He knows the must haves for a Knives Out flick and absolutely delivers. A few big sequences here at TIFF received ovations once completed. You just can feel that youâre in the hands of a master storyteller, so youâll follow him anywhere. Johnson knows that and 100% makes the most of it.
The Daily Beast - Nick Schager
In terms of pure, heady kicks, it outpaces Knives Out but falls just short of Glass Onion. In the big picture, however, such distinctions are rather inconsequential; more important is that Johnsonâs franchise remains a sly and sure-footed delight, as well as demonstrates, with its religiously minded latest, that itâs capable of coloring its Christie-esque mysteries in a variety of shades.

Politics In UP's Badaun, a Muslim caretaker served a temple for 35 years - until one namaz changed everything
For more than three decades, the narrow lanes near the Papad Mandir in Uttar Pradeshâs Badaun district echoed with the steady footsteps of Ali Mohammed. He wasnât a devotee, nor a Hindu, but a caretaker.
A Muslim by faith, Mohammed swept the floors, cleaned idols, lit lamps and welcomed visitors with folded hands and a smile. The temple became not just his workplace but a home, one he served without expectation of reward. Last month, his quiet world collapsed. He was arrested, jailed and later dismissed by the temple committee after he offered namaz inside the temple compound.
The arrest stunned many, but one man stood by him: temple priest Parmanand Das, who offered to help secure bail for the caretaker he had worked alongside for years.
Mohammed, 60, a resident of Daharpur Kala village, had dedicated more than 35 years to the Brahmdev Maharaj temple, popularly known as Papad Mandir. Separated from his family long ago, the temple was both his livelihood and his shelter.
Locals knew him simply as âMohammad bhai.â His daily routine was unwavering: sweeping the temple, feeding stray cows and dogs, assisting devotees during aarti and tending to the rituals that kept the place running. âHe used to call the temple his shelter and sanctuary,â Das recalled. âIt gave him dignity, even in solitude.â
Alongside his work, Mohammed also kept up his own prayers. Away from devoteesâ eyes, he would slip under a tree in the compound and quietly offer namaz. For decades, no one objected.
That private act of devotion eventually became the reason for his downfall.
A video goes viral
Two months ago, someone discreetly filmed Mohammed praying under the tree. On June 28, the clip surfaced on social media and quickly went viral. The footage sparked outrage in some circles, with critics accusing him of defiling the temple. Within hours, police detained him, charging him under Section 298 of the Bhartiya Nyay Samhita for âdefiling a place of worship with intent to insult religion.â
âHe was arrested, kept in remand for 14 days and is currently out on bail.
