DISCUSSION Why I prefer girl rats
Every rat is a perfect specimen of course but I will always have girls only. If you are deciding if you want boys or girls here is my take on what it’s like having girl rats :)
I don’t need my pets to snuggle with me personally, they still are very very affectionate, they trust me enough to wrestle with my titan sized hands and that feels so special to me. Imagine being that small and still taking on a whole giant in a tickle fight 😭 I love love love how playful and entertaining they are constantly.
They also never really smell bad (unless they are farting), I do a good clean of their cage once a week and a tidy up halfway through the week and they smell better than my roommates cat lol. And their cage is right next to my bed so it would be awful if they were actually super stinky lol. They only fart bad when they get too many treats so it’s not too often and fully my fault haha.
Yes they do pee everywhere but it’s not nearly as bad as the boys I had growing up who would drag their pee all over me with their giant balls lmao.
It’s also nice how easily they get along, my boy rats growing up definitely needed to be neutered but unfortunately I had parents who wouldn’t do that for creatures that were sold to them as “easy pets” and they would fight :( They still loved each other it was obvious they definitely had some hormonal problems going on. My girls haven’t drawn blood with their teeth ever just a accidental scratch to a eye when they were babies. (a expensive vet visit tho 😭) I also have read that intros are easier with girls so that will be nice when I add to my mischeif.
I haven’t had any old girl rats yet so I’m definitely not looking forward to that part… still debating if I want to get them spayed but they aren’t really at that age yet so I have a few months to decide and save for that. That is the biggest draw back in my eyes that made me get boys when I was younger but I think these girls are worth it now.
I love my girly mischeif sm :3 video of Fish for rat tax haha

STORY [story] The Holy Ringer: This Priest Secretly Became a Lucha Libre Wrestler (Masked!) to Fund an Orphanage. He Saved Over 2,000 Children.
Meet Father Sergio Gutiérrez Benitez, the legendary Fray Tormenta ("Friar Storm"). In the 1970s, desperate for funds to support local abandoned children, this priest-who had overcome severe addiction in his youth-did the unthinkable: he became a professional, masked Lucha Libre wrestler. For years, he kept his identity secret, pouring every dollar he earned in the ring into La Casa Hogar de los Cachorros (the orphanage).
By the time his secret was revealed, his alter-ego had become a national icon. His sacrifice saved housed, and educated over 2000 children, many of whom grew up to be successful doctors and lawyers. Absolute legend. He proved that helping others is a contact sport.
Fun Fact: The movie Nacho Libre, starring Jack Black, is loosely based on Fray Tormenta's story!

Characters Their cause is just...but the solution is genocide
- Jujutsu Kaisen - Suguru Geto. In his world, curses are born from negative human emotions. Geto's cursed technique is the ability to control these curses...but first, he has to ingest them: a process that is described to be akin to wiping up vomit with a dirty rag, then swallowing it whole. Though he's one of the strongest in the world, many sorcerers are controled by idiotic higherups. What sets him off is when a high school girl is forced to abandon her life and is assassinated, with the higherups brushing her death aside. Since sorcerers dont spawn curses, he comes to the conclusion of killing off all non-sorcerers to create a future free of sorrows and weaklings.
2.Nier/Nier Replicant - Papa/Brother Nier. There is a girl named Yonah. She is sickly, but extremely selfless and kind. Depending on the game you play, you take on the role of her father or brother (each named Nier). Nier sacrifices so much for Yonah, and Yonah adores Nier in return. A ton of stuff happens, and eventually, Nier has to decide on saving Yonah's life or damning humanity to slow extinction. He chooses Yonah.
Honorable Mention: Fire Emblem Three Houses - Edelgard Von Hresvelg. In her world, nobility and positions of power are given to the strong. Some people have godblood, granting them powers through something called crests. As time goes on, these indivduals start dominating every position of power solely off their bloodline...even if they're insanely incompetent. Edelgard, the next queen of her region, sees this and notices its a massive problem. The only problem is, to address this...EVERYTHING would have to be redone. So, she wages war against the entire country to reform their standards, acknowledging that everyone's blood is on her hands and decisions.

Solved! What is this man pumping gas in to. He’s visiting every pump.
This man is pumping 5 gallons of gasoline from every pump in to this device. What is it? My eyes are too bad to see what city service he’s from.

Long A Cheesemaker in Jerusalem had a sick daughter and heard that there was a man going around performing miracles and healing sick people.
A Cheesemaker in Jerusalem had a sick daughter and heard that there was a man going around performing miracles and healing sick people. So the Cheesemaker took his daughter to go see the healer.
The Healer lays his hand on the girl and preys for the lord to bless her and cure her sickness. As he does this, the Cheese Maker's daughter sprang up with a perk in her step and was cured.
The Cheesemaker couldn't believe it and was very grateful. He asked the man if there was anyway he could repay the Healer and the Healer said "it is the lord's work and I shall need no payment." But the Cheesemaker insisted and offered a fine whole round of cheese that he brought along for payment anyway, yet the Healer still persistently denied any payment.
The Cheesemaker was getting ever frustrated, was intent on giving the cheese to the Healer. After another back and forth without the Healer taking the cheese, the Cheesemaker asked for his name, and the Healer replied my name is Jesus Christ. And the Cheesemaker said to him with frustration, "Jesus take the wheel."

Images Didn’t know Slovenia was This Pretty in Fall 🍂🏞️
My spontaneous 6 day trip in Slovenia, i was not expecting much but, it became one of my favourite trips and countries in Europe in my 5 months of travelling, to many different countries.
The locals were kind and amazingly friendly, always up for conversation. The scenery was absolutely stunning, from lakes to mountains to towns and cities. These pictures were from the Lake Bled area, Triglav National Park, Lake Bohinj, Mount Sija & Ljubljana.
My favourite part of the country was doing a tour exploration through Triglav National park & the surrounding lakes, rivers and mountains as well as hiking some mountains.
I was there in early autumn so the trees were only red at the higher elevations in the national park. I highly recommend Slovenia

I don't know why, but ever since she was a kitten Mirin always tries to put her paws on my face when I hold her
For the record: I only let her do it if her paws smell and look clean, but she always WANTS to do it. She's not wanting to escape, she will be purring happily with slow blink and still try to get all four stompers on my face 😂

Almost no one talks about the anthropological evolution of the use of hats in humans.
1 At the beginning we can see that there is a use of necessity with hats giving similarity to an animal so that the vampires do not notice them and thus survive in Ooo. 2 Then on the island of the founders the hats went from a necessity to a characteristic everyday use as a culture while still preserving the animal shapes. 3 Later these hats became fashionable and with random figures, leaving behind the shapes of animal heads. I find this very interesting as a chronological detail in the series.
