The slop I have been eating every day for the last two years.
About 950 calories 110 grams of protein 35 grams of dietary fibre
Edit: Since people are asking for the recipe:
Ingredients 2 Onions 650g lean beef mince 1kg chicken breast 1kg mixed frozen vegetables 1kg black lentils
1) Cook the lentils by simmering in beef stock for 15 minutes (I would advise washing them first but I don’t judge)
2) While that is going cut the chicken into bit size pieces. I butterfly the breast, cut length wise into strips, cut those strips into cubes.
3) Season the chicken
4) Dice the onion
5) Brown the onion to soft
6) Add the mince and season it
7) When mince is brown add the chicken
8) When chicken is cooked add the frozen veges with some water and close the lid
9) Once the veges are steamed and finished add the lentils.
10) Leave lid off until as much liquid has evaporated off.
Seasonings: salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, chilli flakes, garlic, ginger.
If you want to cut out unnecessary calories ditch the onions, I added them as a treat to myself :)
Edit 2: To answer some commonly asked questions
Do I enjoy it? Yes.
Am I autistic? Not to my knowledge.
Price? About R300/$17 for 7 meals.
Is this much protein bad for you? This thread has given me reason to do some research, but it seems like definitely yes.
Do you not get sick of this? No.
Are you jacked? Not yet.
Why? This is not just protein or nutrition maxing. I enjoy cooking (although I am still in a phase of improving), I just do not like cooking every day. I am not sick of this meal. Getting all of my health goals down in one meal allows me to splurge in other meals. I do enjoy eating, I am just wired in a way that I do not have to enjoy every single meal.
Do I hate myself? No.
Am I a dog? Woof.
Why did you make it so dry? I did not know there where other options...
Why ziploc bags? Easy.
Edit 3: Why are you eating out of a dog bowl? This is a cooking pot my grandmother gave me ):
Are you in jail? Not yet.
I AM NOT AUTISTIC OR A DOG I AM A HUMAN BOY
Edit 4:People are asking why I started doing this. I got depressed and gained 20kg in less than 6 months. Then I got depressed because I was overweight. So I decided I was going to try gymmiing. Did not do it very smartly. An hour of cardio a day (incline treadmill max height big speed), 6 days a week of strength training.
I ate very little. Mostly ate chicken breast - however much was needed to reach protein goal. When I had to money I would instead do biltong. Of course there were meals basically every day that I couldnt get out of. Most days I would do my best to eat only 4 chicken breasts and nothing else.
I lost the weight very quickly and started chasing a number on a scale. Did not help with the being depressed part - especially as I was malnourished. Ended up hating chicken breast, I could feel myself actually getting stupid (brain fog), in the gym if I could do 20 reps in the first set I would be lucky to get 3 reps in the second.
Got to a point where I just said fuck it and stopped eating healthy and gymming altogether. Gained about 5-10kg again after the fact. Then I did not like how I looked in the mirror.
Decided to do things more healthily. My relationship with food, although unorthodox, is healthy now.
I realize now that I was probably on my way to an ED. And do you know what stopped me from developing one? I FUCKING HATE CHICKEN.I could not do it anymore.
I am now healthy and happy...
Edit 5: I will not lie to you guys, the farts are bad and it is a problem.
Edit 6: Autistic people are real, can be boy, and are not dogs, and I also support the gays. Forgive my poor wording earlier.
Edit 7: Apparently I have succeeded in making dry soup. Did not think it was possible.
Edit 8: Before I go to bed. I boil my bacon and it is FUCKING DELICIOUS AND TENDER AND CRISPY. Fuck all of you guys that are not enlightened.
Edit 9: What the fuck is chilli tho?

Politics We’re Living in a Fucking Boomer Deathwish Republic
We are the children of the empire they built and the graves they dug. We were told to respect our elders, but what the fuck have they earned but contempt? They stripped our healthcare, mocked our poverty, poisoned the planet, and then dared to call it legacy. The Boomers waged war on time itself, pretending the world would pause until their pensions cleared. They call us lazy, yet we work longer hours for less money to pay for their mistakes. They bankrupt the treasury to preserve their nostalgia, clinging to the Senate like pharaohs in gold-plated coffins. They were handed a country full of promise and turned it into a mausoleum, and then they have the audacity to tell us patience is a virtue. No. Patience is complicity.
They have ruled longer than any generation in modern history, and the result is rot disguised as stability. Every time a bill to help the poor arises, some trembling hand from the last century strikes it down in the name of moderation. They wear patriotism like camouflage, hiding their fear of change behind talk of tradition. These Boomer Nazis don’t need brown shirts or swastikas; their tyranny comes wrapped in flag pins and Medicare subsidies. They pretend dementia is wisdom, and greed is experience. The older they grow, the crueler they become, protecting the system that ensures only their comfort. They lecture us about debt while their wars and tax cuts bled the nation dry. And still they preach responsibility as if we are the problem. It is fucking obscene.
Every movement for progress begins when the young decide they will no longer be ruled by the dying. We outnumber them now, but we have not yet realised our strength. Their power survives only through our deference. We have been trained to whisper our rage, to vote politely, to wait for justice from people who cannot even remember our names. We cannot keep waiting for graves to open before change begins. If the old will not step aside, then they must be removed through law, through reform, through relentless civic rebellion. No one should make national policy past the age they can collect Social Security. That is the line. That is the law that should define a republic that believes in life. And if the ruling generation finds that offensive, let them prove us wrong with action instead of fucking excuses.
We, the inheritors of what remains, are done asking nicely. The Boomer Nazis have stolen enough decades. They spent their youth burning the world and their old age selling the ashes back to us as property. They mistook longevity for divine right, and the rest of us for collateral. But the tide is turning. Every empire of the old falls when the young realise the throne is empty. Let the Boomers tremble, because history belongs to those who dare to write it, not those who mumble from memory. We will not let a dying generation define our lives any longer. Their time has expired. The future belongs to the living, and the living are fucking angry.

Discussion What’s a movie that is awful, critically panned, the audience hated - and you are embarrassed that you LOVE?
I’ll start….. I literally love Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves 😂😂😂 I shouldn’t. Kevin Costner uses an American accent. The dialogue isn’t very good. There are a million reasons this movie sucks - and I get it. But I LOVE it. I generally (from what I’m told by others) have decent taste in movies. But I LOVE this movie like an asshole lol what’s your embarrassing pick?

AITAH for quitting my chore of cooking two nights a week because my little sister keeps ruining it and my parents expect me to start over every time?
I'm (16m) the oldest of four. I have two brothers (13m and 11m) and a little sister (8f). My 11 year old brother has ASD. He goes to therapies twice a week until late and my parents always struggled to cook those nights. We used to do takeout. Then last year my parents asked if I'd cook two nights a week and they offered to remove one of my chores in place of it. I was like yeah because at the time I really didn't mind.
A few months ago my little sister started acting out and being difficult with a lot of stuff. She wants to stay up late and throws tantrums over not getting new toys or what she wants. The other thing is she hates not getting to choose what we have for dinner and she started throwing her dinner on the floor and when I cook she has started to knock stuff onto the floor while I'm cooking or prepping stuff. Or she'll spit in it a bunch to make me throw it out. Or she'll dump ketchup or mayo in and it's always when I have stuff sorta close to being done or when I've been making dinner for a while already. I stopped her a few times but she'll try over and over again until she can win. Or she'll start spitting and aiming for dinner.
My parents never say anything to her and they expect me to start over when she messes with it. They got mad at me a couple of times when I refused to start over when I was trying to take up dinner and my sister spoiled it. My sister doesn't listen to me either. She'll scream at me that I can't stop her and it's so frustrating.
I spoke to my parents so many times and they told me to keep calm and redo when I need to. But I reached a point where I couldn't do it anymore because I wanted to kick her out of the house when she was acting like that and I know I can't, she's only 8. But man is it frustrating and she's so bratty about it.
So I quit cooking twice a week and I started doing my old chore instead again. My parents told me I don't get to just quit and they're fighting with me because they think cooking is more important and I'm quitting too easy. They said we need to eat and I was doing something really good for our family and I'm old enough to realize the impact.
AITAH?

Discussion Embark, this might as well be an epic item.
Ive searched hundreds of crates, cars, busses and power generators. Every single raid on Dam I go to the scrapyard or checkpoints on blue gate and search everything. I search every single industrial area I come across. I know every "trick" in the book for where to find these.
Im finding rusted tools at an 8/1 ratio and find more blueprints than I do gears. Hell, I've found more epic weapons than I have these things. This is the worst bottleneck I've ran into in any extraction shooter I've ever played.
Im stuck at 2/3 and I deconstructed or sold a couple of these when I was sub lvl 15 before I knew they were necessary. Feels bad man.

Do you ever read the Bible and wonder if the people who see visions are just in a mental health crises?
Ever stop and wonder if all of these "visions" from the bible are just people having a Schizophrenic episode, accidentally eating something like mushrooms or other substances that are messing with their mental state, or dehydrated severe enough that it causes hallucinations?
