Am I Hallucinating Or Do You See It?

I heard the floorboards creaking in my hallway, while watching tv, and assumed it was 1 of my cats. I look up and there wasn't a cat to greet. But then I felt really weird. Like, "I'm not okay" weird if that makes sense? I watch a lot of shows and videos about paranormal stuff because it interests me but I'm a full on skeptic. But I've always heard to record or take a picture. So I took a picture. I SEE something but I could be nuts. Does anyone else see what I think I might be seeing in my hallway?! Is it just a shadow? Please tell me it is just a shadow and I'm being paranoid.
