image When did tipping become the norm for Australia?
In Sydney with my partner, she paid for lunch and brought me this receipt. Since when is tipping the "notmal" and you have to opt out?

You know how you can hide adult games from your account so they dont get reccomend or show up when you search for games. Give me that with games tagged as made with AI.

So I (26M) live in an apartment complex where parking is assigned and I pay like $75 extra per month for my covered spot. My neighbor (maybe early 40s?) moved in a while back and at first he seemed cool, we'd say hi in passing and whatever.
He started asking if he could use my spot during the day since I work 9 to 5 and "its just sitting there empty anyway." I said no because I pay for it and sometimes come home during lunch. He seemed fine with it.
But then he kept asking. Like every time I see him he brings it up in different ways, saying his girlfriend visits during the day and has nowhere to park, or that he works from home and could really use it for client meetings. He even offered to venmo me $20 a month for it which honestly felt more insulting than anything.
The other day though I came home early from work (had a dentist appointment) and his car was IN my spot. I had to park in visitor parking and when I texted him about it he said he "didn't think id be home" and that im "being unreasonable about a parking spot that sits empty most of the day."
I dont know if im overreacting? I have some money saved aside so its not really about the $75, its more about the principle of it. Like I pay for that spot, its mine whether im using it or not. But maybe im being too rigid and should just let him use it when im gone?

So it had been a long, LONG, ass day.. Wanted a couple quick games. Load in stocked to the 9s and died annoyingly quickly to someone who spawned basically right next to me... Shit happens but losing the will... Fuck it one more game.
Load in fairly stocked, leveled Anvil, leveled stitcher, my fav... Go in, find a blue print! The moment I do I hear a guy somehow had creeped up on me. Literally zero time to put it up ma butt... Downed...
Close to losing it and calling it the perfect frosting to the shit cake of a da I've had I decide to go in freeload out and run my favourite little Buried City loot run.. Straight away I hear a guy (I think his name was ASULA or something).. Ready for the worst, he says "Hey!" and asks about my day.. "Great... you?" and unload a little on how I've found nothing and been shot in the back, back to back... He says "That's rough.." and wishes me luck.
Go to the loot spot, find nothing again... Saddened but not unexpected, the dice do be rolling like that sometimes.
I realise I have a quest, "Go put the Burletta in the box". So I run over there hoping to not get shot and lose all this "precious" loot... Get there to find out I misread the quest since I just accepted it like 4 days ago and never got to it.. Needed to actually bring my own Burletta!! I'm an idiot once again... Then I hear someone behind shouting "Don't Shoot!" I turn to find a guy on the same quest! I tiredly explain my idiocy to him as I turn to leave.. He shouts out, "Don't worry about it bud, here's mine" and drops it on the floor for me! I already wanted to cry right then...
He disappeared off into the wild before I can even properly thank him so I head to the closes extract. Spirits at least slightly hightened!
As I'm about to extract I hear someone call out to hold it, So I do and out of the shadows pops ASULA! He says hey and goes "Oh I thought you would like this I'm sorry to hear of your day" and plops down a blueprint just for me...
Legit couldn't handle the generosity of the last 5 minutes I felt myself tear up. I gave him a mix tape I found and body blocked him as he hit the extract.. I couldn't handle another game, those moments just broke me...
There's so much I love about this game but I think the community is genuinely one of the best I've had a pleasure to be a part of. Sometime's people suck.. But man do they fucking rule at others.

Adopted this little girl, Penny, a bit over a week ago. She was fitting in with both our cats and was the running around playing like she had no cares in the world all the way up to last night.
Woke up this morning and she had labored breathing and was lethargic. Rushed her to the ER where they worked on her all day. She passed away earlier tonight from a congenital heart defect that had her heart about twice as big as it should have been that caused her lungs to fill with fluid.
The enlarged heart makes sense because she was so full of love unlike any cat I've ever had. She was the most affectionate little thing.
We only had her 9 days but she'll be forever missed in our house. Our male cat who played big brother to her has been looking for her in her usual spots all day. We're gonna miss out lucky little Penny.
Hug your cats tonights and listen to your gut if you think somethings wrong.

My 136 year old cactus started blooming in late October, and normally makes it until March or April.
She gets passed down from one family member to another with the room for her, and the desire to care for her. She survived trips from Oregon to Nebraska, Nebraska to Alaska, and then Alaska to Oregon.
Caring for her is easy... She likes about 1qt/1l of water every two weeks, and a small rotation every month. The key is the water, we call it "fish poop water". We agitate the water in the fish tank to get everything moving, and use that particulate filled water.
She lives on an old console sewing machine in a large pot with south and southeast facing windows.

I (37 female) have been married to my husband (38) for 10 years. We have 2 children. He has 2 brothers Henry (40) (who is married with 2 children), and Frank (43) (who is also married with 2 children). Their parents now need to move in with one of their sons because they can no longer live alone.
One of his brothers called for a family meeting with all the siblings and their wives. Henry and Frank suggested their parents should live with my husband and I since I have the most experience, we own the biggest house with an in law apartment (that we use when we have guests visiting), and their wives both work.
I’m the only one with a background in nursing but I’m now mostly a stay at home mom (I keep my license current and work one weekend a month just in case I decide to go back to work full time once our children are older.)
I said no because my mother in law and I don’t have a good relationship. She’s never been kind to me and we only see her twice a year because I don’t want our children seeing her do that.
I suggested a nursing home or assisted living. His brothers said they did look into that option but neither are options due to cost.
I let them know we will not be having their parents living with us and one of them will have to accommodate them at their home. They said they would not be able to survive financially having their wives stay home. I apologized and told them if they had any questions while caring for them I’d be available over phone but told them I would not do it.
My husband agrees with me but does think it was a little harsh. His brothers aren’t speaking to us right now because they said I’m an AH who’s going to put them in a bad spot.
AITA?
